f. Roadside Sobriety Tests (HGN, Walk & Turn, One Leg Stand) and Blood/Breath/Urine Tests

3. Our Georgia DUI Lawyers look at the big picture of the facts of the arrest and determine if we can argue before the court that the officer make important mistake and/ or lacked probable cause to arrest the person for DUI. Typically, we will file a Motion to Suppress, which requires that the prosecution prove that their evidence is both legally admissible and strong enough to back up the charges against our client.
